Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is a Indian actress, singer-songwriter, and performer. She is mainly involved in Tamil and Malayalam films. Annayum Rasoolum, a Malayalam film made her Malayalam debut as an actor. Andrea Jeremiah grew up in a Tamil Nadu Anglo-Indian family. Her father is a Madras High Court lawyer. She has a younger sister living and working in Leuven Belgium, as a Research Assistant. Jeremiah was brought up as a child in Chennai. He attended National Public School. After graduation, he studied at Women's Christian College. Andrea was able to learn the piano classically in her 8th year. Young Stars is a Jackson Five kind of group which she joined in the age of 10, which was the foundation of her music and singing career. Also, she was an actress in her college. Andrea was president of Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea began her theatre career with Girish Karnad's Nagamandala. She starred with Shiva as part of a commercial for a coffee. Venkat Prabhu released his multi-starrer Mankatha. It was her turn to fill a smaller support role. Annayum Rasoolum was Rajeev's romantic flick from 2013.
